- Parking + Photo Passes must be covered by the client
- Non-refundable full amount is due at booking to save your date (must pay within 24hrs)
- Shoots can be rescheduled up to 2x for up to 3 months without an extra fee. After the 3 months or 3rd reschedule, the client has to book a new shoot

- Weather: It's an important factor for shoots. I only shoot if the weather is photographable! No heavy rain, dark clouds, storms or ice!
- Deliverables: Unlimited edit's within 2 weeks via an online gallery called PASS
- Travel: Complementary up to 30 miles from broadripple ( additional $10/15 min both ways!)
- Previews: Sneaks will be via IG on a collage within 48hrs

Certainly! I love sneak peeks, and I am just as excited for your day as you are! You’ll receive what I call a gramable sneak! This collage of 5-10 photos will be posted on my story within 48 hours of the shoot. A fun way for social media announcements, and to help ease the anticipation while you wait for the full gallery.

where are you based?
After your shoot, you will get an unlimited number of edits, I always tell my client's if the photo makes the cut, it's yours! I don't believe in withholding images. You have all the photo rights
Delivery within 2 weeks post your shoot date via an online gallery called PASS. This gallery link can be shared with anyone. You can print + download directly.
How does Image delivery work?
I do, up to 2 times. I am very busy and I take pride in my work and know which season's are best. So I am very picky on taking rescheduled clients.

My approach is a delicate mix of photojournalism and editorial, with an emphasis on the moment. You can expect careful guidance, simple posing and encouragement to just be yourself. I pose you on how to stand all the way to the last finishing touches on hand placement and posture!
how do you pose?
All invoice and contracts will be through a formal client portal called Honeybook! Once you are ready to save the date I will promptly send you 1) Invoice & 2) Contract to get started. Once the deposit & Contract are signed, I will countersign and then you are officially a Katherine.Mei bride! *date's are not saved till those two items are submitted*

Travel fees?
Do you offer raw photos?
Travel fees are customized based where you want to shoot. Ask me and I cam math an invoice for you.. A flat rate will be included in your custom proposal to cover the airfare, lodging, rental car and other key travel expenses. All travel within 30miles of Indy are included. Outside of that radius there is a milage fee and overnight fee if needed.
My mission is to honor your story while ensuring that this visual legacy will outlast any trend. As such, expect a timeless storytelling technique, and an experience that prioritizes your vision.
